And while Hyundai cars have long been associated with bullet-proof reliability and affordability for busy families, in recent years the firm has not only branched out into ‘N’ car performance vehicles but it also leads the way when it comes to electric capabilities, too.

Take the recently-revealed Hyundai Ioniq 5 SUV, for example. This is a car with futuristic styling, undeniable road presence, incredible tech like an Augmented Reality Head Up Display (HUD), as well as power of 300 hp and a range close to 300 miles.

Similarly rapid is the latest Kona N SUV crossover, which Hyundai promises is ‘no ordinary SUV’ - and with a 0-62mph time of 5.5 seconds, it’s hard to disagree.

Meanwhile the Bayon SUV has also recently been added to the Hyundai range, to challenge the likes of the Ford Puma or Nissan Juke.

Elsewhere in the range you’ll find the 'i' cars, featuring models such as the i10, i20 and i30 hatchbacks. Further up the pecking order sits the all-electric Ioniq saloon, the stylish Sante Fe SUV and the practical Tucson SUV.

And if you need an economical hybrid or plug-in hybrid powertrain - particularly if you’re a business lease customer looking to keep your Benefit in Kind (BIK) bill down - you won’t need to look too hard to find the one you want. To illustrate that fact, Hyundai recently won a total of four What Car? Awards at the annual ceremony, including three that championed its innovation in alternative-fuelled vehicles.

Hyundai lease deals are now more affordable and accessible than ever, so it's a great time to get behind the wheel of their popular vehicles. To find more about a Hyundai lease please simply call one of our helpful team of consultants on: 0118 920 5130 or email: enquiries@selectcarleasing.co.uk

Hyundai Frequently Asked Questions

Dismiss Hyundai at your peril, because there’s so much more to this Korean firm than dependable family vehicles. Leasing a Hyundai gives you access to some of the most sophisticated and cutting-edge battery electric tech available, with the all-electric Ioniq 5 collecting ‘Car of the Year’ awards as if they’re going out of fashion. Hyundai is also becoming more and more synonymous with drool-inducing hot-hatches, too, with its growing range of ‘N’ cars. And with a range of lease options that runs from urban superminis through to practical estates, there’s a leasing deal for everyone.

The long-running i30 is a popular, affordable family hatchback that’s a rival to the likes of the Toyota Corolla or Volkswagen Golf. There’s a great range of SUVs, from the compact Bayon crossover to the 7-seat Santa Fe. And, of course, you can’t talk about Hyundai without mentioning the all-electric Ioniq 5, a lease vehicle at the razor’s edge of electric technology and which was named World Car of the Year 2022, as well as scooping the Auto Express Car of the Year prize.

Hyundai cars are extremely safe, and offer a great drive. The Santa Fe SUV, Kona crossover, Ioniq 5 EV and the i30 hatchback are just some of the lease cars in the range to be awarded the full five stars by the European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP), a rigorous safety performance test embraced by all major manufacturers.

And those scores are down to just how well-specced even entry level Hyundais are when it comes to driver assistance and safety features. The entry-level i20 small family hatchback, for example, is equipped with Forward Collision Avoidance Assist and Lane Keep Assist right out of the box.

The Hyundai lease that’s the most affordable and the kindest to your wallet is the i10 hatchback, which sits behind the larger i20 and i30 in the firm’s range. It’s a great leasing option in a compact package and, as Hyundai points out, ‘it’s a small car, but it makes a big impression’. Lease customers will enjoy Hyundai’s ‘Smartsense’ active safety features, while ‘N Line’ models are surprisingly sporty. The i10 has five doors, a choice of petrol engines, progressive styling, and frugal fuel economy. The aforementioned i10 N Line takes things up a notch, with performance-infused design, power of 100 PS and 172 Nm torque, to make urban driving effortless.

Leasing is a great way to keep your monthly bills in check, as there’s a fixed price for the duration of your contract. And there’s a Hyundai lease to suit all sorts of budgets. The competitively-priced i30 Fastback saloon offers something unique, while the hydrogen fuel cell powered Nexo SUV is pushing the boundaries of technological advancement. Meanwhile the attention-grabbing Kona N hot-hatch-crossover, which has power of 280 PS, is more affordable to lease than you must suspect.

Korean manufacturer Hyundai will count competitors such as Kia, Honda, Toyota, Ford, and Nissan as key rivals.
